What Are Karibu's Goals
The overriding goal of Karibu Travel and Tourism Fair is not just organizing the "Fair", our role is that of relationship broker-identifying, targeting, attracting and matching the needs of buyers and suppliers. Also we aim at:-

  • Bringing the whole of East Africa in one place, at one time.
  • Allowing overseas tour agents to meet and network with members of the East African tourism industry.
  • Bringing new destinations, facilities and products to the attention of overseas tour agents.
  • Creating a single venue where the overseas tour agent can form new deals and partnerships in a short period of time.
  • Allowing overseas tour agents to visit the national parks and properties.
  • Generating direct spending on local hotels, restaurants and transport
  • Creating employment -directly and indirectly by assisting development of small and medium enterprises.
  • Raising the City/Regional profile
  • Does this at affordable rates in order to support many of the smaller operators who cannot afford to travel to international trade events.
